BOULDER DASH !!!!. A retro game remastered they did a great job on the game and the custom levels are very fun to make!. A familiar face appears again! It's crazy just how good Commodore 64 games still hold gamers interest after 30+ years. Easy to play, difficult to master, fun and frustrating, this game has all the qualities that lets gamers of all ages and mastery enjoy. Glad to see that these games are still enjoyed today.. I bought this hoping it'd be a faithful recreation of the 1980s Boulder Dash that I knew and loved on the Commodore 64. Sadly, I'm to be dissapointed with this half-hearted attempt which, while keeping (ravaging?) the basic formula that made the original so enjoyable, adds elements I'd expect to find on yawn-worthy facebrick games (all it's missing is the "share this on your wall" functionality honestly). What added to the dissapointment was the frustration at the vague and overly sensitive controls, not to mention the left-to-move & right-to-"grab" cluster{censored}. Future buyers, wait till it's in the bargain bin for at least an 80% discount - but, until then, go grab a copy of VICE and the original Boulder Dash.. As good as the original with very pleasing and easy on the eye graphics. Also has cool new features and gameplay - which do not take away from the original classic gameplay in my opinion.Well done devs! A classic reborn.. This game is very addictive. I played the original many years ago and this is even better because of the new worlds.. I've played the mobile versions as well, and like to finally be able to play on a keyboard and controller - best experience. Always wanted to take a shot at building levels for a game like this, and so far, the built in editor seems to do the job pretty well. Glad to see classics like this get a present day update that's still fun to play.
